RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom, non-personalized items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any product that has been specifically made or modified to suit your request, such as custom colors, sizes, or engravings.
We take great care to ensure your custom order meets your specifications, so please be sure to review all details before completing your purchase. If there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of a custom item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs.
Third-Party Products (Redbubble, etc.)
Some of our designs are also available for purchase through third-party websites such as Redbubble, Society6, and similar platforms. If you purchased an item featuring our designs through a third-party website, please note that all customer service, including returns, exchanges, and refunds, must be handled directly through the respective platform. These sites have their own policies and procedures for managing customer service, and we do not have direct access to orders or accounts made through them.
